MrSoakerHose LLC, warrants it's soaker hose against defects in workmanship
or material under "*normal use" for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date
of purchase by the original end user ("Warranty Period"). If a defect
arises, the end user must return the defective material along with receipt,
at users expense. MrSoakerHose LLC, at it's option, will replace defective
material within the Warranty Period.
IN
NO EVENT SHALL MR. SOAKER HOSE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
*Normal useage: Soaker Hose is to be used for low pressure irrigation. A
pressure regulator of 25 psi or less MUST be used. Any usage without a
pressure regulator, 200 mesh filter, or usages not described above will void all
warranties. Mr. Soaker Hose is not warranted for use in lawns.
Clogging of Soaker Hose is not a warranty item.
Rain Barrel Soaker Hose
is a non-pressure soaker hose. Applying pressure over 25 psi voids warranty.
Rain Barrel Soaker Hose is a common sense product, water doesn't run up
hill. Hose must gradually flow downwards for product to work. A 200 mesh
filter must be used.
The limited warranty does
not cover conditions caused by or related to: abuse, misuse, neglect,
carelessness, accident or disaster, unauthorized alterations, modification
or repairs, transportation or installation, water pressure in excess of
recommended amounts, improper or inadequate water treatment or filtration,
failure to follow installation, operation and maintenance instructions. This
is the only warranty made by seller. Seller does not authorize any employee,
dealer, agent or other person to create for it, nor is responsible for, any
other obligation or liability in connection with this product.

Do
not run hot water through soaker hose.

Do
not leave hose under pressure when not in use.

Drain hose in the summer when not in use and keep shaded, covered with
mulch as water left in the hose may expand and damage hose.

Protect your hose in the winter by draining the hose and storing indoors.
Drain hose completely as water left in the hose can freeze and damage the
hose, and fittings.
All
defective claims must be submitted to
warranty@mrsoakerhose.com or contact 608-370-1550 for qualification of
application malfunction or defect issue. You
must acquire an RGA to return any product
Claims for labor costs and other expenses required to replace such defective
product or to repair any damage resulting from the use thereof will not be
allowed by Seller. Seller’s liability is limited to the price paid for the
defective product or the replacement of said part. In no event shall Seller
be liable for consequential damages. |
